The story comes across more like a romantic comedy and shouldn't be taken too seriously.

There isn't an awful lot of drama in the story and although there are choices to be made, they don't hugely affect the outcome.

A good variety of outfits and poses for the characters, with the usual high level of detail and quality.

The background artwork is beautifully designed and highly detailed as always.

If you want to fast forward through the story, the Platinum can be yours in around 5 minutes!.

There are 3 different endings which are decided by your decisions at 9 dialogue choices throughout the story so you'll need 3 different playthroughs to see them all and to grab the Platinum, however with the fast-forward / skip functionality, you can easily get through the story in a few minutes each time.Īs with most other visual novels, the game features a variety of settings you can change to increase the speed of the text or to allow you to skip to important choices by pressing R1 while you're reading through it. An interesting addition for this game is that Japanese voice acting has been included for all of the main characters which further helps bring the story to life.

Having been forced to work together, they must learn to overcome their clashing personalities in an adventure mixing action, magic and humour. This time the story follows three girls Mikage, Kaguya, and Arisa who are training together at an academy for young and sexy aspiring knights. Sakura Nova follows along the lines of Winged Cloud's other visual novels like Sakura Succubus and Sakura Swim Club in the sense it follows a number of girls with giant breasts and some very revealing clothing. She’s a huge fan of romance novels, though she’s never been in a relationship before herself.Sakura Nova is a lewd visual novel following three female knights as they train together at a prestigious academy, with 3 different endings and a 5 minute Platinum! Tsumiki might seem unapproachable, but she does have a sweet side. She takes against Shouhei after their first meeting, and she’s aggressively rude towards him. Tsumiki is an aloof, haughty girl who acts like an aristocrat. She’s always smiling, laughing, and cracking jokes, which makes her fun to hang around with – though it can be hard to tell whether she’s being serious or not. Ranko is a cheerful, upbeat girl who doesn’t sweat the small stuff.

They’ve since broken up, however, and Shouhei didn’t imagine he would ever see her again – that is, until he sees her at his local gym. Ranko used to be Shouhei’s girlfriend, back when the both of them were in university. She’s liked Shouhei for a long time, but she’s too shy to act on her feelings. She tries to counteract this by wearing heels, though she can’t help but envy popular idols and models for being so tall and willowy. She’s a quiet girl with low self-confidence, but her gentle smile ensures she always leaves her customers feeling satisfied.Īsa is very short, which is something she’s horribly embarrassed about. Whether Shouhei will end up with Asa, Tsumiki, or Ranko (or all three of them) is up to you in this visual novel.Īsa works at Shouhei’s bookshop as his most trusted (and, indeed, only) employee. Join Shouhei as he helps Asa with her fitness regimen, all while trying to win over the icy Tsumiki and processing his feelings for Ranko. While at the gym, Shouhei runs into two very different women: the haughty and aloof Tsumiki, and the cheerful, energetic Ranko, with whom Shouhei shares a complicated past. Shouhei is happy enough to while away his days among stacks of old, dusty books, while chatting with his favorite (and only) colleague, the sweet-natured and mild-mannered Asa…īut his luck with women takes a sudden turn for the better when Asa asks him to go to the local gym with her, to help her shed some extra weight. His life is an ordinary one, but he’s content with it, even if he hasn’t had a girlfriend in years. Kitagawa Shouhei is a young man who lives in a quiet town, where he runs his deceased grandfather’s bookshop.
